Bogdan (from Ukraine) and i headed down to Pecs (S. Hungary) for a weekend outreach. We stayed with Balazs, Leah & Eli (baby with the broom) Stanzel. During our time we helped build a fence and got to check out a typical weekend in S. Hungary; ie- setting up for the Sunday service, helping with childcare.Pecs is a beautiful and historical city. The Turks controlled Pecs around the 16th century and left their mark; ie- we got to visit a catholic church that was once a mosque that still has Arabic writing on the wall and on the roof, there is a crescent moon under the cross.
